Cook pork, beef and onion in a wide pan until browned, breaking up the meat.

Add garlic, stock, savoury, cloves, cinnamon, salt and pepper; simmer until moist but not wet.

Line a pie plate with one crust, add filling and cover with the second crust.

Seal, vent, brush with egg wash and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes, then 350°F (175°C) for 35 to 40 minutes.
