The apples should be washed properly. I wrote 2.5 kilograms in the ingredients, but after cleaning them, they will remain about 2 kg.
- 02
Apples clean - remove the seed part, clean the skin (if desired), eliminate spoiled places.
- 03
I made this dish of peeled antonovka.
- 04
In the pan pour 750 grams of sugar, add 250 ml of water and put on fire. When heated and stirred periodically, we will very soon get sugar syrup (in about 5-7 minutes).
- 05
Peeled apples grind in a blender or pass through a meat grinder. In addition, you can use a regular grater for this.
- 06
Put applesauce in a pan to sugar syrup and put on fire.
- 07
We will cook jam for about 40-50 minutes on a small fire. In this case, the contents of the pan must be stirred periodically, otherwise it will be splashed when boiling.
- 08
In about 40 minutes, the consistency of apple jam will be the same as in this photo.
- 09
Jam poured into clean cans, cooled and put in the refrigerator.
- 10
Jam is very tasty when served on sandwiches for tea, especially if the bread is pre-greased with butter. Enjoy your meal!
Ready to serve
Serve the dish as directed and enjoy it while it is at its best.
