Method

  1. 01

A small amount of rice should be washed properly. Put a pot of water on fire, bring to a boil and put rice in it. Cook until ready.

  2. 02

Beef liver should be washed properly, cleansed of excess films and vessels. Cut with medium-sized pieces.

  3. 03

    A medium-sized bulb, cut into 4-6 parts.

  4. 04

Put the liver and onions in a blender and turn. If you do not have a blender, you can use a regular meat grinder.

How to mix all the ingredients.

  7. 07

On the pan, warm up 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and with the help of an ordinary tablespoon lay out liver mince. Roast pancakes, for about 3-4 minutes on each side.

  8. 08

I have a roller coaster of meat pancakes, which is enough for 5-6 mouths :

  9. 09

I also recommend preparing a very simple sour cream and garlic sauce for liver pancakes. To do this, lay out 4 tablespoons of sour cream in the bowl, crushed dill greens, garlic squeezed through the press, finely chopped cucumber (optional) and add salts to taste. You should mix it up.

  10. 10

I served liver pancakes with boiled pasta, it turned out very tasty and hearty.
