Wash the beef flesh and cut it in large pieces.

Peel the potatoes, cut into large cubes.

Onions cut with quarter-rings, carrots and sweet peppers with medium-sized slices.

In the pan, warm up vegetable or olive oil and roast carrots, onions and peppers, 5 minutes.

Add meat to the pan, roasting stirring for about 5-7 minutes.

To vegetables and meat add 3 tablespoons of tomato paste, mix and fry for another 5 minutes on medium heat. In the process of frying, mix the ingredients 2-3 times.

Roasted meat with vegetables, put in a pan, pour water or meat broth, above the ground by 4-5 centimeters. Put it on fire and bring it all to a boil.

When the contents of the pan boil, add potatoes, salt, black ground pepper, scented pepper peas, bay leaf and cumin. Reduce the fire, half cover the lid and leave to cook for 40-60 minutes.
