Step by step

Method

  1. 01

If the beets are young, boil them with the beet until ready. If the beet is old, it is better to bake it in the oven. I bake at 200 degrees for about 50-60 minutes. Time can vary depending on the size of the beets. Ready to check the beets with a fork. If the fork is easily entered, it means that the beets are ready.

  2. 02

Clean the cooled beets and rub on a large grater.

  3. 03

Cucumbers cut with straw or also rub on a large grater.

  4. 04

Cut the radish with straws or rugs of circles.

  5. 05

Boil the eggs hard. Cut some eggs with straw, and some can be left for decoration, so that each plate can be placed half of the egg.

  6. 06

    Cut the greens finely.

  7. 07

Put all the ingredients in a soup or pan.

  8. 08

    Pour cold kefir.

  9. 09

Set it to taste and mix well. If necessary, add boiled water.

  10. 10

Put the cold water on the plates. Decorate to your taste.
