Method

    Calves ribs wash, separate the extra films and put in a pan pour 3 liters of water. Put the pot on fire and bring to a boil, remove the foam. Cook for 1.5 hours. Then remove the ribs and separate the meat from the bones.

    Cabbage is sewn with a thickness of about 5 mm. Cut the potatoes with medium sized pieces. Put potatoes and cabbage in meat broth and cook for about 20 minutes.

    Grate beets and carrots on a medium grater. Chop onions and tomatoes. In the pan, warm up the vegetable oil and roast the onions, then add beets with carrots and tomato paste, stir and stew under the lid for about 15 minutes.

    Beets extinguished with carrots sprinkle lemon juice, add 1 teaspoon of sugar and stir.
