If you are tired of ordinary buckwheat on milk, then it is time to prepare "pull" buckwheat porridge! I associate this dish more with dessert than with ordinary buckwheat porridge. It turns out super tender, delicious, sweet!
- 02
1. For its preparation, we will need: buckwheat cereal, milk, chicken eggs, cream, sugar, salt and butter to taste.
- 03
2. First, we make porridge. Beat 1 egg with a pinch of salt.
- 04
3. Add some cereal. It's good to rub the buckwheat and the egg.
- 05
4. Dry the cereal in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
- 06
5. Put it in a pan, pour it with milk and cook it.
- 07
6. Add salt and butter to the porridge to taste.
- 08
7. To prepare the sauce, separate the yolks from the proteins (we do not need proteins).
- 09
8. It is good to grind the yolks with 2 tbsp cream.
- 10
9. Pour into the pan, add the remaining cream, sugar and mix well.
- 11
10. Cook on a slow heat, stirring constantly. The sauce will thicken quickly. If there are small lumps, then you can "break" them with a blender or mixer. By the way, this sauce is very well suited as a cream for cakes and pancakes.
- 12
11. Put the finished porridge on the plate, pour the sauce.
Ready to serve
Serve the dish as directed and enjoy it while it is at its best.
Bon appétit — enjoy your meal!Source & licence
