Put the crumbly buckwheat on the boil. To do this, quickly rinse the cereal in cold water, if necessary, go through it, then pour water, preferably soft, drinking water. Bring to boil and cook with the lid closed for 15-20 minutes on low heat.

I freeze minced meat with layers about 1.5-2 cm thick and then they are conveniently cut into pieces for different dishes (goulash, toast, soups...). Cut the mince into pieces or cook meatballs from it or simply use unformed mince in a simple way.
- 03
Roast the pieces of minced vegetable oil from all sides of the minute 3, add spices and seasonings to taste (fragrance herbs, peppers...)
- 04
Sweat the onions and chop the Bulgarian sweet pepper with straw. Add them, a little sugar and celery root (dry or fresh grated) stew to the mince, salt.
- 05
In 10 minutes, put the sour cream and pour the red wine.
- 06
Stir and stew for 5 minutes.
- 07
Combine the fragrant goulash of minced meat with ready-made buckwheat and stir.
- 08
The ground buckwheat is ready.
Ready to serve
Serve the dish as directed and enjoy it while it is at its best.
