Step by step

Method

    To prepare buckwheat commercially with mushrooms (champignons), prepare: buckwheat, mushrooms, carrots, onions, vegetable oil, salt, fragrant spices, for example, Italian herbs with paprika.

    Wash the buckwheat, start with water in a ratio of 1 part buckwheat 2 cups of water, bring to a boil, and then cook on low heat under the lid until absorbed and evaporated water (about 20 minutes).

    Onions, and grind the carrots on a large grater, salt and sweat them on a medium heat in vegetable oil for five minutes.

    Add to the pan to the vegetables the heavily cut mushrooms.

    Put everything out together under the lid on a medium fire for five minutes.

    Add the fragrant spices to taste.
