Step by step

Method

    Cut the onions with half rings.

    Clean the carrots and rub them on a large grater.

    Peel the peppers from the seeds and cut with straw.

    Lubricate the pot of multicooker with vegetable oil. Lay out a layer of onion, then carrots, and pepper on top. Close the multicooker and set the "Fry" mode for 20 minutes.

    While the vegetables are roasting, stick the cabbage.

    Scald the tomatoes with boiling water. Take them off and cut them with scallops.

    When the vegetables are roasted, open the lid of the multicooker. Put cabbage and tomatoes in it. Dilute the tomato paste with water, salt and pour this mixture with cabbage. Close the multicooker lid. Set the "Putting" mode for about 40-50 minutes. If the cabbage is young, the extinguishing time should be about 20 minutes.

    5 minutes before the end of the extinguishing, add spices and seasonings and stir the cabbage.
