Step by step

Method

    Cut the onions finely.

    Grate the carrots on a medium grater.

    Chop the potatoes in small pieces.

    Cabbage is finely knapped, and then stretched with your hands.

    On a pan with heated vegetable oil, lay out carrots and onions, slightly passer.

    Add cabbage to the pan, stir, cover with a lid and stew for 15-20 minutes.

    When the cabbage is soft but still crispy, add potatoes, a teaspoon of dried basil and a few peas of black pepper peas to the pan. Also pour half a glass of water, mix, cover and extinguish on a small fire until the potato is ready.

    At the very end, add a tablespoon of tomato paste and a teaspoon of salt to the pan, stir, stew under the lid for another 5 minutes and remove from the fire.
