- 01
Prepare the basic ingredients: chicken eggs, peeled carrots and garlic.
- 02
Grate carrots, garlic finely chop and lay them in a deep dish. Break 2 chicken eggs, add black ground pepper, half a teaspoon of salt, half a glass of flour and a teaspoon of dried basil.
- 03
Mix all the ingredients. And leave it warm for 20-25 minutes so that everything is soaked properly.
- 04
After 25 minutes, you can start modeling and frying carrot cutlets. If the mince sticks strongly to the hands, you should add a little flour to it. On the pan pour 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and put on fire. Cutlets form with your hands, collapse in flour and lay out on a heated pan.
- 05
Roast carrot cutlets on one side for about 5 minutes.
- 06
Then turn over and fry for another 5 minutes. Then cover the lid, reduce the fire and extinguish for about 5 minutes.
- 07
Ideally, carrot cutlets are served as pancakes with sour cream, but I did not have it and we decided to prepare for them the most ordinary garnish - pasta and cheese. It turned out to be so delicious that after 15 minutes, carrot pans seemed to be absent.
