Carrot muffin with walnuts

Method

   For carrot muffin, we will need carrots, flour with baking powder and soda, sugar, eggs, refined odorless vegetable oil, cinnamon and any filling (nuts, dried fruits, etc.)

   Wash, clean and grind the carrots (grazing or blending).

   Add the eggs and stir.

   Add the rest of the ingredients for the dough: vegetable oil, flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and sluggish soda.

   Mix the ingredients carefully into a homogeneous mass. Carrot cake dough is ready.

   Pour the carrot dough into a lubricated form and stick whole or large pieces of walnut and whole or large pieces of dried apricot into it.

   Bake at 200 degrees in the oven in the form of a "ring" for about 45 minutes, and in a round form a little longer.

   Sweet, fragrant, with a pleasant structure, carrot cake is ready.
