Step by step

Method

    Delicious, beautiful and spectacular snack of bell pepper, feta and eggs. Very fast and not difficult to prepare. You can lay out on the leaves of a salad, on small sandwiches or just on a plate.

    Boil the eggs hard. Cool off under cold water. Clean it up.

    Cut the dill fine.

    Mix feta with dill, squeeze through the press garlic and all well knead with a fork.

    Wash the pepper, remove the core.

    Put some feta in the pepper and press the filling well against the walls of the pepper.

    Put an egg in each pepper.

    Fill the voids in the pepper with feta filling. The peppers must be very densely stuffed so that there are no voids left.

    Put the stuffed peppers in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.

    With a sharp knife cut into circles with a height of about 0.5 - 0.7 cm.

    Cut the olives each into 4 pieces.

    In the center of each circle of pepper on the yolk, lay out a piece of olive, imitate a cat's pupil. If you wish, make the dish green.
