Method

  1. 01

Among the different options for making chebureks there is an option with a beer-based test.

  2. 02

For such chebureks you will need light beer, preferably live, flour, salt, minced meat, ground peppers, onions and more vegetable oil for deep frying, prepare them:

  3. 03

For the dough, combine the beer with flour and salt and knead it with smeared sunflower oil hands.

  4. 04

Add to the minced meat (of pork and beef) black and fragrant pepper, a little salt and small-cut onions. Divide the dough into 10-12 pieces. Each piece roll in a thin round flatbread and lay on one half of it a portion of minced meat.

  5. 05

There are different ways to form chebureks, I offer one of the options. Cover the dough with the second half of the flatbread and trim the edge with a semicircle around the plate, i.e. just cover the chaeburek with a plate of a suitable diameter and cut off the excess protruding dough.

  6. 06

With a fork, powdered with flour, press along the edge of the chaburek so that it is fastened.

  7. 07

Fry the cheburek in a deep fry of hot vegetable oil on both sides and ready-made lay out on paper wipes to remove excess oil.

  8. 08

    Chebureki ready.
