Chicken Lagman

Wash the chicken in a stream of cool water and dry.

Cut chicken meat together with bones into small portion pieces, as in the photo.

In the pan, warm up olive oil. Gently lay out the pieces of chicken and roast on both sides for 15 minutes.

Onions cut with semi-rings of medium thickness, lay out in a pan to the chicken and mix. Continue roasting for 10 minutes.

Cube the carrots and lay them out to meat and onions. Also add black pepper with peas, red ground pepper and seasoning adjik. Stir, cover and extinguish for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, tomatoes are poured with boiling water and peel off.

Cut the tomatoes and add to the meat with vegetables, seasoning it all with tomato paste. Save, mix and stew under a closed cover for 20 minutes. If there is little fluid left in the pan, just add some water. In the meantime, we'll boil pasta without salt.

And we end up with chicken and vegetables in a tomato, like the picture.

Add to the pan boiled pasta and mix.

In the end, we get a lagman with chicken, albeit not classic, but very tasty.
