Wash the zucchini.

Cut off the butts and clean with a regular vegetable knife.

Cut the zucchini in circles. To season each cup of zucchini with salt, black ground pepper and herbs as desired, I used basil. I want to cut the tomato in small circles, sorry I forgot to take a picture.
