Step by step

Method

  1. 01

I don’t know what these rolls are called, but it’s really good. As an alternative to fish or eel, ordinary crab sticks or crab meat can be used for a variety.

  2. 02

    1. Necessary products: rice, nori, crab sticks, cucumber, cream cheese.

  3. 03

    2. Prepare rice for sushi (for example, according to this recipe). We need 1 handful of ready-made rice for one spin. Place half the nori sheet with a smooth side down on the mat (I wrap the mat with food film). Put a handful of rice out. Distribute it so that about 1 centimeter of nori remains free, and the rice protruded beyond the nori from the other edge by 0.5-1 centimeter. Press the second edge of the mat for better distribution of rice.

  4. 04

    3. Put cheese on the rice.

  5. 05

    4. Then strips of cucumber crab sticks (the stick is better cut along into 2 parts).

  6. 06

    5. Roll the roll with a mat.

  7. 07

    6. Cut the roll into 6 or 8 parts. I wrap the roll in food film for convenience of cutting - it is more convenient to cut evenly. Wash the knife well every time so that there are no traces of cheese on it.

  8. 08

    7. Enjoy your meal!
