Step by step

Method

    There are a million recipes for homemade chicken patties. This method is one of my favorites and allows you to give the dish not only new bright colors, but also a pleasant taste.

    To make juicy chicken patties with sweet pepper, we will need ingredients, which you can see in the photo below.

    Chicken fillets are passed through the grinder. Slightly chop greens and bell pepper.

    In one dish, combine mince, sweet pepper and greens. Add grated cheese, egg, bacon, a little starch, and also season with zire, oregano and salt with pepper to taste. Mix all the ingredients with a regular tablespoon.

    In the saucer pour a slide of flour or starch, soak your hands in water. From cooked minced meat to form cutlets and to roll them in flour.

    Heat a pan with vegetable oil and lay out chicken patties one by one. Roast on both sides, for 5-8 minutes on each side, and on the second side under the lid.
