Step by step

Method

  1. 01

0.5 liters of milk poured into deep dishes and slightly warm it (I do this in the microwave). It should not be hot, but slightly warm. Add 2 tsp of dry yeast to the milk, do not stir and leave the whole thing for 10 minutes.

  2. 02

After this time, mix the milk with yeast, they should already completely dissolve. We pour 0.5 kg of flour into the milk.

  3. 03

    Stir it carefully. Opara's ready!

  4. 04

Put the opar in a warm place, covering with a clean towel. Keep in mind that it will rise so that your dough does not run away. Opara should come twice, it will take about 30-60 minutes. Take the butter out of the refrigerator so it can soften.

  5. 05

When you see that the opara has come, separate the yolks from the proteins.

  6. 06

In the yolks add 200-300 grams of sugar.

  7. 07

Beat the yolks with sugar in a strong foam.

  8. 08

Add to the whipped yolks 2 drops of essence or vanilla sugar.

  9. 09

    Squirrels to steep peaks.

  10. 10

Put the whipped yolks in the pool.

  11. 11

Soften butter also send to the dough.

  12. 12

Mix everything well so that the oil is evenly distributed throughout the volume.

  13. 13

It's the squirrels' turn. Put them in the dough.

  14. 14

For cooking cakes should be used deep and large dishes. If you do not have it (like me), then you will just need to divide the resulting dough into 2 containers.

  15. 15

Now we add the remaining flour. Add a little bit because you may not need the whole amount of flour.

  16. 16

Stir the dough. It shouldn't be cool, but it shouldn't stick to your hands either. Stir the dough for at least half an hour.

  17. 17

Again, put the dough in a warm place, covering with a towel, for 60 minutes.

  18. 18

Raisins and apricots pour boiling water for 10 minutes. Then thoroughly wash the dried fruits and leave the drain. We cut dried apricots in small cubes.

  19. 19

In the dough that has come, we add raisins, dried apricots and candied fruit.

  20. 20

Once again, mix the dough so that all the filling is evenly distributed over it.

  21. 21

We're gonna set the dough up for half an hour. Then fill the forms with a 1/3 test or, if you want the cakes to come out high, then a little before reaching the middle of the form. Leave the dough already in the forms for another half an hour to 40 minutes. Turn on the oven.

  22. 22

When the dough in the forms fits, send the cakes to the oven, heated to 100 degrees, for 10 minutes.

  23. 23

Then, after 10 minutes, increase the temperature to 180 degrees and bake cakes for another 20-30 minutes. Check your readiness with a match or toothpick.

  24. 24

There are many stains coming out of these products.

  25. 25

We're making the icing for the cakes. To do this, whip up to steep peaks of 2 proteins. Then we add 50 grams of sugar to them and whip them again. We make hot cakes and we make them taste good. Blessed are you with the resurrection of Christ and a pleasant appetite!
