Step by step

Method

  1. 01

    We'll prepare the necessary products.

  2. 02

We'll wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve.

  3. 03

To cottage cheese add 3 tbsp. cream, 100 g of sugar and softened butter. Stir it carefully.

  4. 04

We'll beat the yolks with the sugar we have left.

  5. 05

Add vanillin and the remaining cream to the yolks. We'll mix the mass well.

  6. 06

We will put the yellow-cream mass on a medium fire and continuously stirring we will bring it to a slight thickening. We'll put the mass out of the fire and leave it to cool.

  7. 07

We mix the curd mass with the yolk-cream.

  8. 08

We'll add cocoa or chocolate. We'll mix it up.

  9. 09

Raisins, apricots and prunes are desirable to steam beforehand. You can also pour them with alcohol, such as rum, and allow them to stand for at least 20 minutes. Then we will cut the prunes and dried into small pieces.

  10. 10

We'll add dried fruit to the curd mass. We'll mix it up.

  11. 11

I use a special detachable form for cooking Easter cheese. That's it. There are also wooden forms.

  12. 12

If you do not have a uniform, you can cook Easter in an ordinary dud hose.

  13. 13

We cover the form for Easter or badge with wet gauze. The edges of the gauze should hang so that they can cover Easter from above. We put our Easter in shape.

  14. 14

We cover the gauze from above. We press something so that Easter is under oppression and there is excess liquid from it. Put Easter in the fridge for 12 hours.

  15. 15

We carefully remove Easter from the form.

  16. 16

We decorate as we see fit. For example, melted chocolate and colored sprinkle.

Ready to serve
