Fish nests are easy to prepare snacks. You can use fillets of any white fish. I had halibut. The dish is delicious both in hot and cold form.
- 02
You will need fish fillet, baguette (or loaf), milk, onions, mayonnaise, cheese.
- 03
The baguette is cut into pieces about 2-2.5 cm thick.
- 04
Shift the pieces of the loaf into a deep bowl or pan and pour in milk.
- 05
Clean the onions and cut them into small pieces.
- 06
Wash the fish fillet, dry and cut in small cubes.
- 07
Mix fish with onions, salt to taste, season with your favorite spices and mix well.
- 08
In each piece of baguette with your fingers squeeze a little core. You will have a small indentation for filling.
- 09
Put the fish and onion stuffing in the baguette.
- 10
A little mayonnaise on top.
- 11
Oil the tray. Put the fish nests on the bowl. Bake in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
- 12
Grate the cheese on a fine grind.
- 13
After 25 minutes after baking, remove the nests from the oven. Sprinkle it with grated cheese.
- 14
Put the batter back in the oven for 7-8 minutes. The dish is ready.
