Step by step

Method

    Onions and garlic cut, carrots rub on a large grater.

    In the pan, warm up two tablespoons of olive or vegetable oil. Lay out the onions and garlic. Roast stirring for 5 minutes.

    Add to the roasting carrots, and stew for another 5 minutes.

    Put to vegetables in a pan of minced meat and black pepper pot. Cook by stirring for about 10 minutes. Mince periodically knead with a fork so that large lumps do not form from it, ideally it should turn crumbly.

    Boil pasta until semi-ready in salted water. Wash in a dummy hose and put it in a pan to mince. Stir everything, pour a glass of water into the pan, cover with a lid and bring it to readiness by extinguishing under a closed lid for 10 minutes.
