The pink salmon under kefir-mayonnaise sauce turns out very tender. In principle, so you can cook any fish, as long as it was low-fat varieties.

1. For cooking, you will need pink salmon, onions, carrots, lemon, kefir, mayonnaise, salt, black ground pepper, sunflower oil.

2. Clean the pink salmon from the skin, cut across in half. Then cut each piece in half along the ridge. Remove the ridge and intermuscular bones (there are very few of them, by the way!). For cooking, you can leave the pieces in this form, or you can cut into smaller ones.

3. Cut the onions in thin quarters.

6. Roast the carrots to softness on the remaining oil.
