Method

    This dish is inspired by herring under a fur coat and the most common vinaigrette with green peas. One day I thought, what if I put these two dishes together and cook something new, and that's how it turned out vinaigrette with herring.

    Wash the vegetables and put them in the skin. While they are preparing, you can do the cutting of herring. Cut off the head, gut the fish, skin and carefully remove the central bone. Fillet also to the maximum to clean the bones and cut in small cubes.
