Prepare vegetable oil, quail eggs, medium-edged mustard, sugar, salt, apple cider vinegar:

In a glass of blender put mustard, salt, sugar and vinegar and quail eggs.

Gently pour vegetable oil so that it is on top and is not mixed with the other ingredients.

Put on the bottom of the glass a submersible blender nozzle with high-speed knives, trying to cover 1-2 eggs with this nozzle.

Turn on fast turns and do not move the nozzle, i.e. fix it still. Emulsification will start at the bottom.

Within a minute, thickening will begin and then you need to move the blender nozzle up and down.
