Step by step

Method

  1. 01

I suggest preparing more useful and cheaper than industrial production, sprats at home. Suitable for different small fish, and traditionally - sprat. Sprats cooked at home are very tasty simply with bread, in salads, as well as as pate.

  2. 02

Prepare a sprat, brew, vegetable oil, salt, spices, onion husks and something that gives a smoked taste (a piece of bacon, liquid smoke or, as I have, Chinese tea with smoked taste...) The sprat needs to remove the head with the intestines.

  3. 03

The bottom of the baking or shape should be lined with a layer of onion husk, add salt, peppers, bay leaf.

  4. 04

Then put the layer of sprat down with your abdomen.

  5. 05

Pour strong tea (of course, without sugar) and vegetable oil, so that the fish hide. Add onion husks on top.

  6. 06

Put in a cold oven, heat to 150 degrees, then reduce to 100-120 degrees and bake for one hour.

  7. 07

Let the sprats cool down completely and they're ready.

Ready to serve

Serve the dish as directed and enjoy it while it is at its best.

Bon appétit — enjoy your meal!
