Step by step

Method

  1. 01

For ham salad, it is good to use different types of leafy salads, so first prepare romaine lettuce leaves, they are large and crispy, with them the salad will be more delicious. Wash them under running water and dry them slightly.

  2. 02

Then make the leaves of other kinds of salads, I have a mix. They also need to be washed and dried.

  3. 03

Radish wash and cut in very thin circles.

  4. 04

Thin slices cut jamon and smoked sausage.

  5. 05

Cut the tomatoes in slices, get olives out of the can.

  6. 06

Cut the onions with thin feathers. Onions are better to take sweet varieties.

  7. 07

It is very convenient when everything is washed, sliced and cooked for salad assembly. Take a dish that will serve salad. Romain salad cut with scissors, or torn with your hands into small pieces and laid throughout the dish.

  8. 08

On top of it lay a salad mix and mugs of radish.

  9. 09

Then add tomatoes, olives, ham and smoked sausages.

  10. 10

Then add onion, salt and pepper the whole salad, pour abundantly with olive oil and scatter thin petals of Parmesan cheese on top. Jamon salad is ready.

Ready to serve

Serve the dish as directed and enjoy it while it is at its best.

Bon appétit — enjoy your meal!
