Kappa Maki Roll with Cucumber

Method

   Rolls with cucumber are one of the simplest and lowest calorie types.

   For their preparation, prepare rice, cucumber, nori and sesame if desired.

   One roll requires half a nori sheet, as it will be small in diameter. On the makisa / zinovka put nori glossy side down. Wet hands take a portion of rice and distribute it in a thin layer on a nori, leaving about 1 centimeter of nori without rice. Sprinkle sesame if you want.

   In the center, place a cucumber block or several longitudinal pieces of cucumber.

   Wrap the maquis so that the rice is connected to the rice.
