Method

    Cake Ladies fingers are made of custard dough and soaked with sour cream. The result is a cake with a very delicate taste, not sweet, with a slight sourness. It is advisable to do it the day before so that it can be soaked.

    First, you need to make a custard dough. To do this, take a small pan, pour water into it and add butter, salt. Stir and bring to a boil so that the oil is completely dispersed in water.

    As soon as the oil with water boils, reduce the light on the stove and pour all the flour into the pan at once, quickly knead the dough with a wooden spoon.
