- 01
Meat to discard and cut into portion pieces, as well as clean from films and excess fat. I made a lamb blade stew.
- 02
Heat olive or vegetable oil in a pot or pot and put finely sliced onions there. Put it out for 5-10 minutes with the lid open sometimes stirring.
- 03
Then add the meat and cover the lid to leave for 30 minutes to stew. Stir the meat so that it is roasted from all sides.
- 04
In the meantime, we'll prepare the carrots and add them to the lamb. Let's leave it all stewed under the lid closed for another 15 minutes and get on the potatoes.
- 05
We'll wash 1 tomato and peel the potatoes.
- 06
Cut the tomato and potatoes in big slices.
- 07
First add tomatoes and then potatoes to the pot. From above, season with salt (3 teaspoons), black and red ground pepper to taste, dry or fresh greens (duckle and parsley), Zira seasoning (optional), also add bay leaf and black ground pepper.
- 08
All this pour water, cover the lid and let stew for 40 minutes. A lamb stew with vegetables will be ready when the potatoes are ready.
- 09
And do not forget to serve fresh or pickled vegetables to the stew: pickle, bell pepper, tomato ...
Ready to serve
Serve the dish as directed and enjoy it while it is at its best.
Bon appétit — enjoy your meal!Source & licence
