1. Necessary products: cottage cheese, lemon, sugar, vanillin, gelatin and a little water.

2. Soak gelatin for 40 minutes in warm water.

4. Lemon cut small pieces of arbitrary shape, cottage cheese is well stretched or wiped through a sieve. Add sugar: in cottage cheese 1 tbsp. and vanillin, in lemon - 4 (although it is better to add to your taste).

5. Add 2/3 of dissolved gelatin to cottage cheese, the rest of the gelatin pour into lemon. It's good to mix.

6. Put 2/3 of the curd mass in the form. Put it in the fridge for 20 minutes.

7. Then make a depression in the mass with a spoon, lifting the edges to get a deep hole. And I have a small load (I have a can of water). Put it in the fridge for an hour.
