Method

  1. 01

Pour the water in which the soybean was soaked. Rinse the soybeans under cold water. Pour new water and let it boil. Soybeans should be cooked on low fire for 2-3 hours.

  2. 02

Warm boiled soybeans twice pass through the grinder.

  3. 03

Onions and garlic shallowly cut or grind in a blender.

  4. 04

Add the onions with garlic to the soy mince. Sprinkle, petchit, add seasonings to taste. Stir it up.

  5. 05

Since eggs in lean dishes are not used, then add 2 tablespoons of flour to it to fasten minced meat. Stir it well.

  6. 06

With wet hands, make the cutlets and collapse them in flour.

  7. 07

Roast in a well-heated pan in vegetable oil.

  8. 08

After turning the patties, cover the pan with a lid and fry under the lid until ready.

  9. 09

The lean soy patties are ready. In appearance, in taste and protein content, they are not inferior to meat.

Ready to serve

Serve the dish as directed and enjoy it while it is at its best.

Bon appétit — enjoy your meal!
