Step by step

Method

  1. 01

Prepare the products necessary for making a liver cake.

  2. 02

Wash the liver and pass through the meat grinder.

  3. 03

Peel the onions, carrots and garlic.

  4. 04

    Cut the onions finely.

  5. 05

Grind the carrots on a large grater (or use a combine harvester).

  6. 06

Roast the onions with carrots in vegetable oil. Add some water, cover with a lid and stew until ready (I had carrots stewed all the time while I fryed liver pancakes).

  7. 07

Add eggs and milk to the liver. Blow it with a blender. Gradually, without stopping the whipping, pour flour. The dough on density will be the same as the dough on pancakes.

  8. 08

With the help of a ladle, pour the dough on a vegetable oiled, heated pan. Roast the liver pancakes on both sides. It's about 6-7 pancakes.

  9. 09

Spend the garlic through the press and mix with mayonnaise.

  10. 10

Lubricate each liver pancake with mayonnaise with garlic.

  11. 11

Then put a layer of carrots with onions.

  12. 12

    Sprinkle the sliced greens.

  13. 13

Decorate the liver cake to your liking and leave the cake for soaking overnight in the fridge.
