1. For cooking you will need minced meat (I have a mixture of pork and beef), mushrooms (here I have opsats, although any others will fit), potatoes (take smaller tubers), onions, garlic, sunflower oil, salt and pepper to taste.
- 02
2. Potatoes and garlic rub on a fine grater, and if the potatoes give a lot of juice, then squeeze out the extra juice (especially if you suddenly decide not to bake the stacks, but to fry in a pan).
- 03
3. With minced potatoes and half garlic, add salt and pepper to taste. Mix the remaining garlic with mushrooms.
- 04
4. Onions are finely cut into cubes.
- 05
5. Roast the onions on half the sunflower oil until soft. Add mushrooms and garlic. Add the pepper to taste.
- 06
6. The cornflower is divided into 4 equal parts. Put it in an oiled form. In each meat ball, make a depression for filling and form a side.
- 07
7. Put the stuffing out.
- 08
8. Burn in a heated oven for about 30 minutes. If the filling begins to burn, you can close it with foil.
- 09
9. Serve hot, no side dish required.
Ready to serve
