Step by step

Method

  1. 01

Dairy cakes are easy to prepare, besides you will need the most unpretentious products. If desired, vanilla sugar or ground nuts can be added to the dough for these crusts.

  2. 02

Prepare milk, flour, baking powder, egg, sugar, salt, butter or margarine.

  3. 03

Boil milk and sugar syrup, i.e. dissolve the sugar in warm milk and cook a little over medium heat, stirring constantly.

  4. 04

In a slightly cooled sweet milk mass, add butter or margarine and a slightly whipped egg. Stir it up.

  5. 05

Add the flour with baking powder and salt (I added vanilla sugar) and knead the elastic dough. Leave it in a bag or container in the fridge for half an hour.

  6. 06

Then divide the dough into 3-4 parts, each roll into a layer about 1 cm thick and cut into round, rectangular, triangular or any shaped crusts.

  7. 07

Baking milk cakes on a baking pot in a heated oven at 180-200 degrees for about 15 minutes.

  8. 08

Milk cakes are ready, you can serve them for tea, kefir or a glass of milk.

Ready to serve
