There are many ways to stew cabbage, with vegetables, mushrooms, chicken and meat. Today we will stew it with minced meat (beef + pork 50 x 50). It is cooked quickly, and eaten even faster.

Cabbages are clasped in small pieces.

A pot of water to boil, put cabbage there, salt it. Boil for 10 minutes. Then throw the cabbage on the coop.

Onions are finely sliced.

Grate the carrots in a fine grater.

Cut the tomatoes in slices. I didn’t have regular tomatoes, so I used cherry tomatoes.

Onions roast on a strong fire in vegetable oil until golden in color, about 5 minutes.

Add carrots to the onions, stir and continue to roast for another 5 minutes.

Put minced vegetables and tomatoes. Add 1.5 teaspoons of salt, season with Italian herbs, black ground pepper and zira. Stir everything and roast the meat by kneading it with a fork for 10-15 minutes.

Add to the pan previously boiled cabbage, mix, reduce the fire, cover and extinguish 10-15 minutes.

Stewed cabbage with minced meat should be served hot as an independent dish with white bread.
