A very easy to prepare recipe from very simple and affordable products. In literal translation, the name of this dish sounds like “precipitation in the form of meatballs”.

Prepare the meatballs:

Cut the parsley down.

Mix the minced meat with spices and parsley.

Then, make the stains about the same size. Roast the balls in the pan in olive oil for 10 to 12 minutes.

Cover the meatballs with a lid and remove them from the fire.

Make the sauce:

Cut the onions finely.

Roast the onions in olive oil until golden.

The tomatoes are finely cut and added to the onions.

Roast the onions with tomatoes on a low heat until the tomatoes are soft.

Add the tomato paste, pepper, paprika, water and mix everything. Extinguish on low fire for another 5 minutes.

Put meat balls in the sauce and pour out the meat juice that formed when frying meatballs. Put out another 3 minutes.
