Step by step

Method

  1. 01

Prepare for the test of tartlets flour, salt, sugar, egg yolk, milk and margarine "for baking" or butter.

  2. 02

Sand dough does not like the warmth of the hands, so it is better to mix it with the help of technique or a shoulder blade. First, rub margarine, salt, sugar, yolk and milk into a homogeneous mass.

  3. 03

Add the flour and stir until you get the crumbs first and then an elastic dough from them.

  4. 04

Place the dough in the cold for at least 20 minutes.

  5. 05

Roll the dough into a thin layer, which cut into pieces that are suitable for the size of the molds. Place the dough in the molds and trim the edges.

  6. 06

Bake the tarts until golden dough in the oven at 200-220 degrees for about 15 minutes.

  7. 07

To fill the mushrooms pickled or salted, cut into pieces, onions, tuck in sour cream and mix.

  8. 08

Pour the cooled tarts immediately before serving.

  9. 09

    Mushroom tarts are ready.

Ready to serve

Serve the dish as directed and enjoy it while it is at its best.

Bon appétit — enjoy your meal!
