Step by step

Method

  1. 01

Prepare chicken, nettle, cabbage, carrots, onions and potatoes, dill, ginger root and eggs.

  2. 02

Cook chicken broth with spices (ginger, peppers...).

  3. 03

If you want it to be transparent, cook without a lid, but it is not economical. Remove the finished pieces of chicken and when they cool, separate the meat from the bones.

  4. 04

Throw vegetables in the soup in the usual order for you.

  5. 05

My order is this: first I add the sanitized cabbage.

  6. 06

    Then the potato pieces.

  7. 07

A few minutes later, grated carrots and finely embeddled onions.

  8. 08

Don't forget to put the meat back in the soup!

  9. 09

Lastly, to almost ready vegetables add chopped nettle.

  10. 10

Cook for a few more minutes and then let the soup brew.

  11. 11

    Chicken nettle soup is ready.

  12. 12

For stingers, season the soup with raw or steep eggs, sour cream, sprinkle with fresh greens.

Ready to serve

Serve the dish as directed and enjoy it while it is at its best.

Bon appétit — enjoy your meal!
