Method

    To prepare Ojahuri, we will need simple ingredients, which you can see in the photo.

    Cut the meat into small pieces.

    Warm up the butter in the pan. Roast the meat for 6-7 minutes. Perch the meat and salt it to taste.

    Marinate the onions. Cut the onions with rings. Mix vinegar, salt, sugar and vegetable oil. Pour this dressing onions and leave for 30 minutes.
