Delicious pancakes can be prepared not only on cow’s milk, but also on coconut. They're very gentle. For the preparation of pancakes in the form of ribbons, they can be fried somewhat thicker than ordinary ones.

Prepare coconut, flour, sugar, eggs, butter and vegetable oil.

Sif the flour through a sieve into a bowl.

Add to the flour eggs, sugar, salt and melted butter. Mix the mixture well to a homogeneous mass.

Slowly pour in the coconut milk and stir well. The dough should be uniform, without lumps. Leave the dough for half an hour, covering it with a towel.
