- 01
Ingredients: pangasius (file), onions, carrots, garlic, lemon, cheese (hard).
- 02
Wash the vegetables, peel them. Grate the onions and carrots on a medium grater. I used a conventional blender knife. It would be nice to use a special nozzle (but I was lazy).
- 03
Fish to thaw. Cut in portioned pieces. Smear, pepper, add garlic.
- 04
Heat the pan, pour sunflower oil (a little) and roast the onions until transparent. Then pour out the carrot, fry a little more, add water and stew until the softness of the vegetables. You can immediately stew everything (even in a multicooker) without frying and adding oil.
- 05
Oil the shape. Put half the vegetables in it. Distribute the fish pieces.
- 06
Cut the lemon with thin pieces (together with the skin). Put them on top of the pangasius.
- 07
Then the remaining half of the vegetable mass.
- 08
And, grated on fine grater, cheese.
- 09
Cover the form with foil and put in the oven (temperature = 220 degrees) for 30 - 40 minutes.
- 10
Ready fish is perfectly combined with fresh vegetable salads and greens.
