I offer a recipe for delicious pea porridge with meat. Make sure you have the right to drink it and have it in your mouth. In my version, it is well boiled, and as spices - dry Italian herbs with paprika.
- 02
For the preparation of such porridge, it is easiest to take crushed peas. However, that is pounded, that the whole must be soaked for several hours, and note that its amount increases in volume approximately twice.
- 03
Prepare peas, pork, onions, carrots, vegetable oil and spices.
- 04
Roast the pork pieces from all sides in vegetable oil.
- 05
Add the pieces of onion and carrots, spices and salt, put them all out together for a couple of minutes.
- 06
Then add prepared (soaked and washed) peas and pour the water so that it is 1.5 to 2 cm above the pea level. Bring to boil, reduce the fire to medium and cook under the lid until ready, or rather, to the desired degree of boiling. Someone likes porridge with whole peas, someone boiled, and someone almost puree.
- 07
The pea porridge and meat is ready.
- 08
If desired, when served, pea porridge with pork can be filled with any oil and sprinkled with fresh greens.
Ready to serve
Serve the dish as directed and enjoy it while it is at its best.
Bon appétit — enjoy your meal!Source & licence
