Step by step

Method

  1. 01

Prepare the main ingredients, see the photo.

  2. 02

Sweet peppers wash, cut the top and peel from seeds. Prepare the filling. The first thing we do is cool the pork pulp in the freezer for half an hour, and then we chop it finely. While the meat is cooled, finely chop onions, garlic, squash and tomatoes (leave the juice from them, it will be useful for us for baking).

  3. 03

In a deep dish, mix meat, chopped vegetables and green peas. Smelting everything with salt, black ground pepper and zire.

  4. 04

The resulting filling stuffed bell peppers.

  5. 05

Stuffed peppers in a mould for baking, pour them 100 ml of water and cover with foil to remove in a heated to 200 degrees oven for 40-45 minutes. Then remove the foil and water each pepper with tomato sauce, bake another 15 minutes without foil.

  6. 06

Before serving, peppers can be sprinkled with cheese, grated on a fine grater, or simply decorated with sour cream. Enjoy your meal!
