Step by step

Method

  1. 01

Wash pork in a stream of cool water, dry and cut in small pieces.

  2. 02

In the pan, warm up vegetable oil, lay out pork there and fry over a large heat for about 5 minutes, sometimes stirring.

  3. 03

Finely cut onion onions and add to the meat on the pan, roast for 5-7 minutes on medium heat, stirring.

  4. 04

Spoil and pepper our future goulash, add black pepper with peas and flour. Mix and fry thoroughly for 3 minutes.

  5. 05

Add 3 spoons of tomato paste, as you should mix. (Note that some types of tomato paste may be more acidic.) Acid depends on the quality of the raw materials and the technological process. So adjust the acid of the dish by adding less tomato paste, or add sugar.

  6. 06

Add bay leaf, pour 2 cups of boiling water or hot meat broth, cover with a lid and leave to stew on a small heat for 30 minutes.

  7. 07

The finished dish is seasoned with sliced greens and served to the table with any side dish. Best of all, mashed potatoes with salad or pickles are combined with goulash. Enjoy your meal!

Ready to serve
