Step by step

Method

    Rice wash, lay out to a mug, pour water and leave for 30 minutes.

    Cut the pork in small pieces.

    In the pan, warm up vegetable oil and put meat there. Roast it on an average heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Meanwhile, onions are cut a quarter with rings, finely cut carrots.

    Heat the oil in a pan and lay out the onions. Roast it for 5 minutes until transparent.

    To the onion lay out carrots, continue to roast stirring for 7 minutes. Then cover the lid and extinguish for 5 minutes.

    Meat is spread in pots in equal proportions.

    On top of the pork in pots lay out carrots with onions, add 2 cloves of garlic. Add a quarter teaspoon of salt, on the tip of a spoonful of curing and barberry, black ground pepper.

    Add rice and pour water. Cover the pots with lids, warm the oven to 180 degrees and remove them in it.

    The plov will be ready as soon as the rice has absorbed all the water.

    You can eat it in pots, but I prefer to put it on a plate. Unlike the classic, it was more juicy.
