Method

    Prepare the necessary products. Pour the meat of the rabbit with cold water and soak for an hour and a half before cooking. Some people feel its specific taste.

    Boil the broth from the rabbit. The time of cooking will depend on how young the rabbit is. The approximate cooking time is about an hour.

    Peel the carrots and cut into thin circles or rub on a large grater. Throw the carrots in the soup.

    Cut the onions finely. Roast in vegetable oil until golden.

    If you do not like onions in soup, you can do without roasting, but just throw the whole bulb into the broth, then take it out and throw it away.

    Peel the potatoes. Cut the dice. Throw it in the soup.
