Step by step

Method

    Wash the rabbit carcass in cool water.

    Cut the carcass of a rabbit into portioned pieces, salt and pepper.

    Cut the onions finely.

    Peel apples from the seeds, cut in half-lobes.

    On a large pan pour 50 ml of vegetable oil and lay out pieces of rabbit. Roast the meat from both sides to the rosy crust, for 5 minutes on each over a large heat.

    Turn down the fire, put carrots and onions in the pan. Stir, cover and cook for 10-15 minutes on moderate heat.
