- 01
Beef romstec is my signature dish of making chops with cheese. The second stage of cooking in the oven is not necessary if you like meat with blood.
- 02
Wash the meat in cool water, cover with plastic and beat off with something with a flat bottom, for example, a bucket. Sprinkle on both sides, on the one hand rub with black ground pepper, on the other seasoning hops sunel.
- 03
In one deep plate shake a chicken egg with milk. In another place, lay breadcrumbs.
- 04
Dip a piece of beef in an egg.
- 05
Then we'll roll in the crackers.
- 06
Lay out the pieces of meat in the crackers on a hot pan with vegetable oil, roast on a strong heat on one side for about 5 minutes.
- 07
Turn over and fry for another 5 minutes.
- 08
Put roasted romsteak from beef on a baking form lubricated with vegetable oil. Put a small piece of butter on each meat.
- 09
Sprinkle a small amount of cheese grated on a large grater. Send to the oven, heated to 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
- 10
Ready meat to serve with any simple side dish, and sauce to your taste: ketchup or tkemali.
Ready to serve
Serve the dish as directed and enjoy it while it is at its best.
Bon appétit — enjoy your meal!Source & licence
